快速感应门中的伺服电机是用来控制卷帘门卷轴运转的驱动核心配件，防爆PVC快速门品牌 ，伺服电机通过将电流信号转换成卷轴的角位移或者是角速度。


The servo motor in the fast induction door is the driving core part to control the scroll operation of the shutter door. It is the brand of explosion-proof PVC fast door. The servo motor converts the current signal into the angular displacement or angular velocity of the scroll.


快速感应门伺服电机在经由接收一个脉冲信号，就会旋转一个脉冲对应的角度，从而完成快速门门帘的位移。


By receiving a pulse signal, the servo motor of the fast induction door rotates an angle corresponding to the pulse, thus completing the displacement of the fast door curtain.



由于伺服电机自身具有发出脉冲的功能，快速门伺服电机每次旋转一个角度，都会产生对应数量的脉冲，以是伺服电机接收的脉冲会形成闭环，这样，伺服系统就会知道电机发了多少脉冲和收到多少脉冲，这样就能精准的控制电机的转动，达到精准定位。


Because the servo motor itself has the function of issuing pulses, the fast-door servo motor will produce a corresponding number of pulses every time it rotates an angle, so that the pulses received by the servo motor will form a closed loop, so that the servo system will know how many pulses the motor generates and how many pulses it receives, so that it can be accurately controlled. The motor rotates to achieve precise positioning.



快速门的电机常用的是交流伺服电机


AC servo motor is commonly used in the motor of fast door.

交流伺服电机要比直流要好一些，由于正弦波控制，转矩脉动小，且随着功率增大而快速降低。因而适用做低速平稳运行的运用。


AC servo motor is better than DC. Because of sinusoidal wave control, the torque ripple is small and decreases rapidly with the increase of power. Therefore, it is suitable for the application of low-speed smooth operation.
